Default LED bright enough for a 39 high tank?

My 39 high came with dual T8 fixture that didn't work. I've been running 2 single T8 fixtures on top of the tank but the oldest fixture is dying, because it is so deep it is tough to get light penetration. I don't want a light that gives off a bunch of heat as the tank is right next to the thermostat for my Central HVAC... kinda messes things up if there is a hot light there.

I don't know much about the newer LED fixtures. Tank width is 30 inches, same as a 29, but I have plants in it and do need good light penetration. Can anyone suggest a modern cool running fixture?
Gee, I get a sig file?

I bought this 24" LED fixture for a 20 Long (30" width) for $30 It's super bright, has the colored LEDs mixed in with the white ones and has a blue LED only night mode. As bright as mine is it would probably work for you. Wish I could still use mine but it's too small for a 55G
