This thread is terrible, the fish are beautiful, I have to work tomorrow and can't go to the auction. Is anyone near me going that could take these parrot fish to the auction? they are huge. Babies sell for $30 at Texas Aquatics, these are double that size, right now they need a 100 gallon tank, they really do. Send me a PM if you want to buy or can take to auction tomorrow?

So back in the day of .my rescuing my Mozambique tilapia from winter, I plopped them in my 55 and sold them off in spring, apparently I brought in some little artemesia shrimp looking things with them, Maybe a quarter inch long, tan or clear, I don't think I can get a good picture. I have a cycled tank with quite a few, before I stock it should I try to evict them? Or are they, as I suspect, free fish food?

These are classic little magazines published by the American Cichlid Association, August 2001 thru October 2001. Hate to recycle them if someone can give them a home. Send your address via PM and I'll mail them. Or meet at the next gathering. good condition, I dusted them.

It is a great price if I knew someone that needed it. I may think of someone, but my house is full and still have a couple of tanks in a shed

that's ok, I completely forgot and got some work calls and remembered after dark. Well after dark. there are a few still available BBurton. I think I'm going to give them out in groups not over 5 each, and I'm keeping about 10 to grow out for the auctions that come up. Or in case I need an algae eater in a tank. They were eating fish eggs from some of my tetras I think.

For Sale: 2 parrot fish, pink, age 10 approximately. for years these 2 had dormant hexamita, they don't have it anymore. I beat the ich back and they darn near died after, dosed with Metronizadole, all cleaned up, had them here since April. They eat between them half a pleco pellet broken into 4 or 5 small bite sized chunks, a day, in the evening. But they are in a 55 and even with an ancient undergravel filter they really need a larger tank....
