I have a 20# as well. Had to get it refilled after two weeks.... guess the gaskets weren't seated properly. Fixed that issue second time around. Good thing I always keep a good amount of airflow in my room.

Guess that's a common problem with Fluvals. My 406 hasn't self primed since the first or second time I started it up. Not a huge issue unless I have to clean out the tubing.

Most likely the driftwood will sink in time... but it may take what feels like forever. I soaked a piece in my tub for a week, put it in the tank and weighed it down with a large rock on top and many smaller rocks putting pressure on the limbs/edges. Waited about a month and was able to remove the largest rock just existing on top. went to remove another rock and started floating again..... probably would stay sunk at this point, but not...
