Is that sand new? Is it play sand? If so I would try to avoid that cause it releases silicates which causes foggy water and algae issues. Also if you have a phosphate test kit I would test your phosphates. And how long are your lights running for? Just post everything you can think of. The more details the better we can help you.

Whichever, as long as it becomes a plant. Preferably one that has a plant released from a bulb so its not a dead bulb. Do you have any thats a plant? Didnt know that, thank you for letting me know.

The new plants you added. Are they decaying? Decaying organic causes cloudiness too. Remove dead leaves and stems. If that doesn't work use purigen by Seachem, most amazing thing invented. But still need to solve the root of the problem since purigen is just a bandaid.

NursePlaty replied to a poll co2 Maths in Aquarium Plants
You cant just wing CO2 cause its a very sensitive area, and cant just rely on a drop checker. So if you have BBA algae it means you are not measuring your CO2 correctly which i wanna say 90% of the people have BBA algae in their tanks. Once you get passed a certain threshold a slight pH change is a big difference in CO2 ppm. A drop checker just gives you a ballpark measurement but takes too long to change colors, but you still need it...

Thank you for this, been looking for a place closer to my house than fish gallery. Arlington is a lot closer to Bedford.
