Breeding pair of Red Head Severum

6 Sterbai Corys

1 Loricaria 6"!

Will post photos soon.

I think this means the 270 is complete.

Should be the damn thing is packed now. I am sure the Peruvian Scalare herd will have to be thinned soon. The aggression is already starting, but nothing serious at all yet.

Loricaria is awesome. Is partially burying himself like a ray.

I am working on photos of the Severums. They have some fin damage from the trip, so it may be a while before I get good photos of them. They seem to be doing fine.

I want to add some salt to the tank to help the fins repair. Does anyone know how that would affect my big Amazon Sword? How much should I add? Tank is 270 gallons.

Note to self: Make up excuse to go to Greg's. Take a net and something to conceal laricaria. Create distraction, nab fishy, and run like hell out the back door! :hehe:

Cories are one of my favorites. Love the way the shoal together and never venture far from each other. Do these blink like emeralds?

Oh, sorry... dunno about your plant. :D

Yes, they do blink. I have had them before and loved the Sterbais

Learned that Loricaria is a Planiloricaria cryptodon

Cool pictures on the net are around.

A little salt won't hurt the sword, tablespoon per 10gllon I think might be safe...but wait and see what someone else thinks, too!
