I think that's reasonably priced myself. However, a lot of people do not have much at the moment. If i had $400 to spare, i'd take that tank in a heartbeat. Esp if it came with stand, lights, canopy and heaters all set. Sans filters, that's a complete setup. If it's good with no scratches and set up like that... I'm sure it'll be worth it.
