probably a case of the bloats...
I had this in my 125 and I used Metronidiazole made by Seachem as suggested by fishman76092.
It seems to have done the trick.
Heres the thread on it:

Oh well, its gone.
At least she got him out last night before he died. I told her to put a heater in there and the water was quite warm when I got home. Probably not what killed him but probably didn't help.
She tried...:)

Ah no problem, I was just impressed that she called me after 10pm to ask me what she could do with pictures to boot. I'm just glad she got him out and in a QT at least. Only 1 fish down instead of 20...:)

Yeah once a fish reaches that point, the best thing you can do for them is pull them out & does them with clove oil to put them to sleep. Let them go on to that big aquarium in the sky.
Clove Oil Euthanasia method (http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-the-most-humane-way-to-euthanize-a-fish.htm)
Another link (http://kokosgoldfish.com/tom06.html) This one has several methods
And another (http://www.ratemyfishtank.com/how-to-humanly-euthanize-your-fish.php) More than one method also
