Frickin male faked me out! He was guarding that nest like there was something in there and then no hatchout! So I respawned......saw the eggs and now we're just waiting on the hatch.................:eek:

Yeah it is always the man's fault. Sell that somewhere else. My females eat more of their babies than any of my males do. Darn women. :hehe:

Update update update...............as of 7pm yesterday we have fry......... lots of them! And trouble is going nuts trying to shove all of those tiny babies back into their nest....... I love seeing him get frustrated but he's being a good daddy so we should have free swimming fry and a first meal going on tomorrow night/mid day saturday. :) :) :)

Thanks guys.......me too.... since he was paired with a sibling female I'm hoping for great results.....fingers crossed....right now I'm just glad they seem to be healthy and active :)

Betta babies are like ugly little aliens for a while, then you wake up one night to fish.
