Wow i highly doubt you can fix that. What size tank are you putting these in because i have a small one you can have that's probably for a 15-20gallon tank.

Try some rubber hose (like automotive vacuum hose, or fuel line hose).
Not sure if it's aquarium safe though.
Or even duct tape

i have 2 on 55 and 1 on a 30. they are directly below the intake of my powerhead. so i am able to turn it up a little higher (so that extra bubbles come from the diffusers) and the powerheads act as diffusers distribute the co2 more evenly. i can actually over co2 my 55 with just 1 of these this way.

good idea.

Can you not just break the glass part....and add a aquarium air line tubing?

Might also try the shrink wrap (heat shrink for wiring). Stick it on then heat it so that it shrinks tight and holds it all together. Might be easier than stiff hose.

The glass it broken, that's the problem.
What do you mean add air line tubing?

Use airline tubing in between the two pieces. You can always use a rubber band to hold it upright.

Why not cut out the diffuser and let the powerhead chop the bubbles for you?

If you break the glass at the break and use airline tubing......like for aquariums!

Ahhh, now I see what ya'll are talking about.
I believe air line tubing is too small (you can see it at the top right of the picture).

well, I wish I still had my glass torch. If you feel up to the challenge, you can try to fuse it together if you have one or two mapp gas (I don't think propane would do it, but I could be wrong) torches. I can explain how if you want to try. it doesn't look like soft glass, it's usually pyrex or similar hard glass for those.
