been in one of my 55's since he left the store bullied 2 oscars a jack dempsey green terror and big pleco right out of the tank...pretty sure he killed the terror. the rest were removed..sucks they all started the same size

I've heard that flowerhorns are extremely aggressive and there is a lot of controversy over them because they are a crossbreed, like the blood parrot....

he/she is a mean sob but cool fish none the less...thats why he is in the bar tank (see pic)

that bar tank is neat! But dangerous..... think about it, you get drunk while sitting at the bar, stand up and notice the tank underneath, decided to TRY and bend down to look at it and fall over knocking down other bar patrons creating a massive pile of humans and barstools that ends up in a few broken appendages.... (my mind is a real piece of work isn't it?)

its in the basement..thanks for the compliment. i got him at the LFS... hes for sale but i dont know how to ship fish and wouldnt want to chance killing it....

i think its safe to say that me (or her) dont want to build another one.... but its not that hard to do, just got to make sure you support the tank correctly..

Its shouldn't be all that tough to build into an existing bar... providing there is enough room.

thanks, it worked well. our only issue was it was kind of hard to work on as you were tucked under the bar.
