k i looked at tha top of tha water and it looks like oil floating on top of the water idk wat it is theres a picture below

not enough surface movement- water needs to move more and it'll go away.

A trick I learned while keeping saltwater....with all aeration and filtration temporarily turned off, using a single sheet of newspaper the size of the top of the tank....lay the paper on the water surface, then slowly draw the paper up and out of the water, preferably to one side. The oily matter will stick to the newspaper and be removed from your tank (you may have to repeat this process 2 or 3 times to get the majority of it).

Don't forget to turn your filtration/aeration back on!!

Once you have removed the film, increase your surface movement and you won't be bothered with it again.:)

I had the same problem, I added an aquaclear 70 to the side were the airstone wasn't and it all went away.
