Heater for 41g tank

I'm looking to get a heater for my 41g (more like 40g) tank. I'm going with the Visi-therm Stealth. Now, should I get a 150w or 200w heater?

150w....should be cheaper to purchase and should have less electric usage.

I'll x2 a 150 on a 40 gallon.

That would probably make a good experiment (see if bigger = better as far has heating the tank and energy consumption - just to have some hard fact data associated with the numbers :D).
