does anyone else notice how the water gets a little cloudy while feeding dainichi color supreme to their fish? just wondering if it's my imagination or not.

my dad once fed his fish that but he had the medium size for his malawi's and so they have to suck on it in their mouths for a while. it made the water really cloudy! i fed some veggie FX baby and i dont have a problem.

I had that problem too!!! I just fed a lot less but more times. And it helped a lot!
Brandy, I just started feeding my Peacocks that food and I soak it in garlic juice (for fish) and Vitachem. They seem to be able to eat it a bit easier when it's moist. I feed the "baby" size. Most of mine are under 3" still.

where do you get garlic juice for fish?
A lot of LFSs sell it but I ordered mine from Drs. Foster and Smith. I soak all dried food (pellets and flakes) in it. I feed pellets, frozen, and live food.
Good luck
that color supreme has some kind of coating on it that comes right off after it hits the water.
