I got some of these from Arnold a little while back and just recently moved them to a planted tank almost by themselves and the male colored up and is not running the tank and guess what? I have 3 females who are pregnant and babies swimming around....

We have too many mollies….

Thats good to hear. :) I have another pair if anyone is interested. Sounds like you will have a bunch fore long. I want $10 for a pr, or $2 each for juvies.
I want to get some more of the south Texas mollies, also want to make a trip to get some more plants, hope to do it fore the season changes too much. There is some kind of Mexican tetra down there also that is kinda interesting, Jam Jam ID'ed em.;)

That sounds interesting. I kinda like it idea of texas fish even if they are just mollies.

Yeah me too, and the trip n catching them is lotofun. I kinda suck at catching em, I need a handler to go with, I make my wife help, might get my oldest son, he is good at catching anything what moves:D

I have to admit, I'd love to see some of those crossed with my silver lyretails.

I'm not much for live bearers, but even I wouldn't mind keeping born & bred Texas mollies! Those are prety sweet!

The tetra is Astyanax mexicanus. The surface dwelling form not the blind one.
