GE silicon 1 has anti mold/fungus ingredients, but a lot of people use it with no problem. GE silicon 2 is 100% pure silicon.

And don't bother calling GE to get them to help you.
Their standard answer is "NONE OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE AQUARIUM SAFE"!
If it's a small tank, you can get a small tube at your LFS. Not gonna be as cheap as GE, but will say FOR USE ON AQUARIUMS if that makes you feel better (which I would me ;))

Everyone seems to think the GE1 is the way to go. I am thinking I will try it.
May make for a bad day for some mollies...

Actually it is vice-versa, Silicone II is the one with the bio-seal in it...

DAP 100% silicone is the way to go.
Available at Elliott's Hardware.
Just be sure to check the DOM (date of manufacture), and get a 'fresh' tube.

Fresh tube? Why?

Nothing will mess up your day quicker than a bad tube of silicone.
It will not cure. I had this problem more often than not with GE silicone I and II. If the silicone has been exposed to temperature extremes it will screw it up.
Since I have switched to DAP I have not had this problem, but I still get 'fresh' tubes, and will still run a small bead and check it before I get too carried away. If the silicone skins over in 30 minutes it's good to go.
