I've never bought off of there simply beacause the shipping is outrageous.

I have never had any pass. most of the sellers use breather bags and heatpacks if its cold out. and everyone I have ever bought from always sent extra fishies! its fun to win fish.....and its easier for me sine I don't have any fish stores around me.
