my l.177 died saturday night after a water change......nothing new, same chemicals that i have always used and proper dosing of the water.......i was pretty pissed, one of my favorite plecos even though i only saw him once a week

They have the sweetest Goldy Pleco up at Fish Gallery right now. It is taking all my restraint, and reminders from my wallet that I do not have any money, not to go up there to take it home.

How big was he?
4 inches......i was planning on moving all of my plecos from my 36g to my 55g which i did last night, wished i would have moved him sooner..... I am thinking the cause was bad water out of the hot water heater??? the water temp was exact but since tap water is a little cooler this time of year I turned on the warm water faucett bring the temp up to match the tank...
