Home depot sells it, but you don't want to buy it there. It's pretty pricey. Try online or at a local pond store.

I have a 15'x20' 20mil liner, and a set up 7'x9 '20mil liner with an 400gph water pump and output hoses set up. I bought these on Ebay, thinking that I'm going to set up a pond, but hesitant to dig a hole in my back yard. They are still in original shipping package, I'll let they go for $100
LMK if you're interested.
You are better off investing in 45 mil pond liner/roofing liner as it will be more durable. Creative Water Gardens sells it for .79 cent square foot, not cheap but you can get it quickly.

There are several places to get this. I knows lowes is cheaper than depot, but I know of several others. A place out in pilot point has a nice place with alot of ideas. a place in Allen or fairview area on greenville. just google it in your zip code "liners 75002" you will have no problem. depending on how much your wanting. What TcT has to offer is a good deal that I might consider. But I got enough ponds for now.
How big you thinking?

Pond Calculator (http://www.gardenponds.com/Pondcalculators.htm) est size of a 25x25 with 3ft being the average depth, 11048 gallons. For that size, your going to need a 35'x35' liner at a minimum. What shape is it?
