What happened to my fish!!!!!!!!

So I have a tank in my room and everything was going good and I wake up sunday with a fish with an alomst completly missing tail and almost missing front fin. Another fish with a chink of its tail missing. What do you think it is. They all seem to get along I never see them fighting. The one I would consider the dom male is the one with the tail almost gone. Help a brotha out please.

bolivian ram, that real pretty fish from just for pets I picked up when you were there I dont remember its name. 2 blood parrots, Hell I dont know there names how about I post there pics. The one with the blue lips tail is almost gone and he is the biggest one in the tank.

yea- I put the same dude in my sons tank and I'm a bit worried about him as well- they really are awesome fish- but not stong against bullies that's for sure!

What's the second fish?
I've heard Jewels can be tough (last pic)- so keep an eye on him.

Could this be a bacteria issue. I dont ever see them fighting.

what about fin rot, it may be that?

Don't think fin rot happens over night. You generally start to see "crud" on the fins and then they start falling off. If it's an overnight, looked one time and the fins were there and looked again and they were gone, then you have a fin nipper.

Most of the time the fins will grow back if they're nipped, but you'll need to find the bully and isolate him/her.
