Fry food

has anyone used Fairy shrimp (Freshwater artemia) to feed there guppy molly or platty fry????????:confused:

I use Brine Shrimp....

i use flakes to feed them i just put regular flakes on a ziploc bag then crush it with my fingers till is like powder

Given that the guppy, molly & platy fry are all miniatures of the parents they probably would do fine with crushed flake like your doing now or even frozen BBS cubes. I don't know that I would go to the lengths of hatching BBS or Fairy Shrimp for them since so few are born at a time.
You could also try Hikari First Bites. I had alot of good results when I was feeding it to my angel fry.

The Hikari First Bites and Decapsulated BS eggs (freeze-dried?) are what I was feeding the Dwarf Platies I used to have here at work.

I have a whole jar of the eggs, swing by the house tomorrow I'll fix you up with some.

I just feed mine food that I rub in my fingers after feeding the bigger ones.
