I will never leave 500 fry in a gravel tank........what a pain in the ass to catch and move. I probably lost 150 fry...

I tell myself the same thing every time....now i try to leave the fry in the tank and take out the parents... but yes catching them in a gravel tank is insane.

net them,(drink a Beer) then drain (drink a Beer), then split the 55 with a piece of glass (drink a Beer) then push some gravel to the sides (drink a Beer) til the glass shows (drink a Beer), lay net onthe glass (drink 2 Beer) and chase them into the net....


i am going back to bare bottoms... My loisellei are about to spawn if there are no eggs tomorrow i am removing that gravel as well...
