I am always leary of heaters that are not brand new in box....

Good buy the 30g cube is a cool tank.

The guy I bought it all from worked at POR in arlington and another place out there. He was moving states and leaving tomorrow. What is wrong with open box heaters just curious?

Heater problems are an incredible pain in the ass....ever have one break in your tank? Get a short and fry your fish? Stop working and run your temp up to 120....stop working and it falls to 60 degrees....

Most aquarium problems are easy to correct a heater can be deadly to your fish and you.... You can get new 300w heaters for under $20....just gives me a little peace of mind.

Bad thing is both times I have had heaters break in tanks were relatively new heaters so it is not perfect insurance but it has to be better then one you do not know its history...

Just my $.02. I am sure plenty of people have used heaters and have had good experiences....

Good one....got a ton of stuff that if you wanted to part, you could make your money back.

I don't use the glass heaters anymore myself. I have a Rena inline that works tremendously better

I am not sure of the 55 but one of the 10's is gonna be for a fry tank. The 2 30's are spoken for and I dunno bout all the other stuff. I am gonna get an inventory of what I have and maybe get some photos out soon of stuff I will not have use for. Any suggestions for the 55?

Hmm...I smell a competition comming on. Blake bested my score. Now who's gonna out do him? I say we start a freindly competition, to see who can score the best find each month.

It will serve 3 goals:
1 - To Fuel our MTS
2 - Drive our better half crazy
3 - Provide Braggin rights for a month
