im amanda, blake's girlfriend lol he told me i should get my own account because im always being nosy trying to read what he's writing to you guys. We have five tanks now and I have a ten gallon full of mollys but theyre boring i have had a lot of different community fish from pet stores and im bored with all of those (i used to just buy new ones after the old ones died due to certain beginner complications) lol like accidentaly leaving the heater on and boiling them to death but now that stupid mistakes are behind me im beginning my search for a new pretty and nice stupid fish for my little tank.

Well, Amanda, at least you made your mistakes with some less expensive fish, unlike me! I am the Queen of Kill-off, who lives a few stones throw from David, the "Electrocutioner"!

Yeah don't worry we have all had our mistakes...you learn from them!! I have forgot declorinator.....turned my sink onto hot, and ended up throwing all my freezer food in the tank to cool it off!! And then not turning the power back on after a water change!! Don't worry you are not the only one! We are glad to have both of yall! Enjoy your stay!

Hi Amanda!!! I totally feel your pain.. that is with the boyfriend issue!!! My bf on here is Supersmirky and he told me I had to get my own acct too because he wouldn't be able to keep up with the postings since I would come in an read them all before he got a chance to in the evenings...LOL. So, here I am as well!!! I have a 30 gallon tank with Mollies and Platys, I also have some Corys and Rummy Nose Tetras in his big tank. They are very cool. I am still looking for a new tank for me to set some up in. Anyway, Great to have you here!!!

That sounds like my husband. He doesn't care much for the fish. Although, he might be more interested in showing them off if we ever had people over for him to show off to.
Anyway, welcome to the group.

Ditto on that for my wife. She doesn't care about anything other than just watching them.
I don't get it. Her cats puke on the floor...I clean it up. They poop in a box...I clean it up. My tank needs a water change & she's shopping at Target...roflmaoroflmao

killies are nice fish that pack alot of color. I've kept them before, but I can't say I have researched them much. google them.

I only have one killie. Provides a lot of entertainment because he is always at the top looking for mosquitos I catch and throw in for me.
