neolamprologus tretocephalus
Can these two fish be kept with a yellow lab, and an electric blue?
If so does anyone on here have any for sale?
Also looking for yellow lab as well as electric blue.
Thanks in advance
Jaime

yellow labs are very docile. The trets can be docile, but I've seen them be pretty brutal.

What size tank and how many of each.

Also, which electric blue? The johanni or Ahli?

I've kept all of these fish together in the past. I have a tret and N. sexfasciatus(basically a cousin to the tret) in my mixed tank. There is a yellow lab in this tank also.

As far as finding a tret...
good luck, my first person would be Dane Rift 2 Reef. He normally has a few in stock.

I would not. Different lakes and different diets, plus, that is a lot of aggressiveness for your Labs.

FYI - you list the same species twice.

This is the other one i meant to post.
Which i see Kewlkatdaddy has them together in there.
Basically depends on the fish you get right, as far as how aggressive it will be?
I have a 55 set up and looking to stock it with 1 of each of the afore mentioned. An electric blue (ahli), i thought about a yellow lab in there as well but maybe not.
Wapcat what do these fish eat? The two from lake tang?

I am keeping some in my mixed tank with no problems. I love me some labs!

I personally don't think you will have a problem.

I feed my malawians and my tangs 100% spirulina.

I had bloat when I fed higher protein foods for the tangs...so I stopped that al together.
