Howdy!! from Allen, TX

Howdy everyone! Ok... no one can tell my hubby I joined this board! You see, I was against getting a tank and all the mess that goes with it. BUT, another member found us a 55g tank, went and picked it up for us from another member.... and well... we'll just say I'm hooked! I picked out the landscaping, the gravel, the fishies, and at least my hubby was "allowed" to be there when I picked out the fishies. (I think he was there to make sure I didn't buy the whole fish store! Yes, he made sure he had backup with my best friend on his side... two against one ain't fair! He at least gets to watch the fishies once in a while, when he's a good boy.:tease:

The tank looks great. You did a great aquascape with the tank. Are those real plants?

Yes... AFTER I got them I was told my cichlids would destroy them, but so far, they aren't (fingers crossed). One actually has claimed the tallest one and hides in it's leaves all the time.
