Feeding the community tank this morning and I notice that one of my roseline's is bizarrely swollen. The swelling starts right behind the head, seems to be "uniformly" swollen from top to bottom as well. VERY WEIRD. This is not just fat fish syndrome. The fish's scales are kinda of sticking out, making it look bristly.

Is this bloat? Or?

The fish is behaving normally and is eating well. It is showing no signs of distress. Other than, it looks like a Macy's Turkey Day float.
