I got two of these when they were small and I am not sure what they are. Can someone help me?

I bought them when they were very small a The Fish House in Burleson. They showed me a bigger one and it did look like the one in the picture. These two have not colored up yet, so I don't know if they are female, or if I just need to wait a while.

I have couple of these. I bought them from rivercity aquatics in Austin.

The pictured fish is a girl. They start coloring up at 1.25"+ typically.
