not sure how old he or she was. I'd had it for about 4 months I guess. No idea, one day it was okay, the next I did not see it in it's normal places and it was deceased. He was in my 55 with angels and keyholes. There is a female BN in the tank also and she is fat and healthy and active.
:( I am sad mostly because I loved that fish, and secondly because I know that is $45 down the drain and it makes me hesitant to buy another fancy pleco even though I love them so much

i'm sorry to hear that, if it makes you feel better i bought a synodontis catifish for 40 bucks and i hope it will live a long time in my tank.
