pond de icer

I have ~300G pond, I would like to maintain water temperature about 40~45F during winter time. Can I use the pond de-icer, Could it maintain the temperature around ~45F?

My pond got to 38 at the coldest, and then i suspended a 300w heater in the largest section. Kept temp at 45 while we had the serious snow and ice.
