I have heard only in passin to feed oscars and severum peas.....someone please elaborate.....how what where why..when..lol

Yes peas are a really good laxative all you do is get like frozen peas from grocery store and thaw a few and feed

You feed plain (no sauce or spices) frozen peas, defrosted at room temp or under cold running water for a few minutes. With some fish, it helps to squeeze out the centers a bit to get them started. If you have a bloated fish, it really does seem to help them quite a lot.

I cook the frozen peas, cool them, then squeeze the insides into the tank. Uncooked they're hard to get into small enough pieces for normal sized fish.
