no problem, the post had a link to a guy who built a giant shark tank in his basement, it was pretty awesome!

There are plenty of examples on MFK (http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?288821-Compilation-of-DIY-plywood-tanks-%28Load-Warning%29).
Just for reference, and try to ignore the douchebaggery.
http://cichlid-forum.com/articles/diy_list.php has 3 or 4 articles.

I've done it once...
if I were to do it all over again (which I won't since all acrylic/glass tank is SOOOO much better)
Here are the things that I'd done differently..
1. Use 2x6, 2x6's are a lot straighter than 2x4's. A lot of 2x4's are mangled, warped and etc..
2. Pick the right screws, don't go cheap on this.
3. I'd hire a company to lay the epoxy/fiberglass lined. It'll look a lot cleaner in the end.
4. Plan ahead, keep the project time short. The longer your project takes, the more thing that you will change "on the fly"

Thanks for the tips
I've seen several sites that talk about D.I.Y plywood tank and at the end, they said that you will spend more in resin, epoxy and supplies than if you buy a regular (glass) fish tank with same size. Just my 2 cents.

To be honest, I think its better to just get a 200+G tank off of cragslist or from other forum members. Building a plywood tank might sound like fun and easy but its not. I've read many builds on MFK and other fishkeeper communities and they are definitely not something you can just do because you feel like it.
Not trying to disappoint you or anything. Get a bigger tank for your aros and after that, if you still feel like building a plywood tank, then go for it.
