I used to have one in a 125 tank and that was still a little narrow. Nice fish though. Maybe one day when I have a 220.

They need a nice wide tank to turn around in... especially when they chase small prey.

nice fish! and silver do get really big so you need at least 300 gallons with the footprint of 8'X3' at least to house one for a long time!
