Ok surely most everyone has seen Skipp's new planted setup.... That is where most of my plants ended up....
So I did that and moved my Tangs into the 55g....
That was kinda boring at first so I added a few Synodontis Petricolas to stir things up now everyone is kept moving by the little guys....
Before....

Substrate is a mix of Aragonite and White 3m Color Quartz. Turned out pretty good hard to tell the difference in the 2.
Really I was trying to use up some stuff I had laying around and it happened to work out.

Looks nice! Is that some of the rock and clay pots from your 180?

Yup.... I was not going to do the pots but everyone likes them... and thanks to Michelle I have plenty of rock.

Those are some nice HR's you have there! The white on white with the black background looks really good. I have a clay-pot in my 50 that I covered with silicone and rocks that I think is ugly, but the fish sure like it! Way to go, Blake!

I have rearranged the rocks in it a few times.... I took pics once but now it is different again so I did not post the pics....
Maybe I wil do it here soon.

Looks great. I think I recognize a few things in there. That sure was a dramatic change. I liked the before and I really like the after shots!

Yeah, this should look familiar....
I was looking to do something really clean....
Painting the background was a little more annoying then I had thought it would be but I like it.

Painting is more than a little annoying... Even more annoying? Scratching a big gouge in the paint while setting it up! ARGH!

Yeah I was pretty careful not to do that.... I knew as I was carrying it back inside that I was going to catch something and scratch it but I did not.

Right now it has:
5 - Leleupi (one or two may have to go else where)
2 - Brichardi
2 - Savoryi
6 - Synodontis Petricolas just for fun
1 - BN
Future plans? Not sure it will probably stay like this for a while looking for something else to add a little color maybe a couple feather fins or something.
