I want to know what type of fish related projects you have going, about to start, or just completed?

A dwarf cichlid/Pleco breeding station- a single stand with multiple planted 10s and a large (20L) tank on top. ;)

You still think about going salt?

Is this what the drawings were for? Have you started building anything yet?

yea- this idea/project has been in my mind for a while now.

But, I've done nothing. I need to figure out what (size tanks) and where (they'll go) before I start.

It's too hot to be in the garage anyway- so cooler weather will help push it along. I'd like to do the 50L up top and maybe 4-6 10s below...I'm still not sure.

Kinda like the 55 stand I built a while back. In a perfect world- they'll match and I can sell the 55 (tank) and put 2 more 10s on it or perhaps a 33Long. It's a work in process.

Oh that's right. I remember seeing a picture of that a while back. So that's currently a 55 and a pair of 10s?

Pretty cool idea!!

yea-

Here's the 55L that's on top.

Here's the lower left tank now- it holds my cockatoid and BN fry.

The one on the right was built this weekend and I don't yet have a picture of it.

But I think I'm gunna plant them all- move the parents down- breed em and pull em back to the main tank and let the fry grow out in the planted tanks. At least, that's what I'm thinkin right now.

I tried goin substrateless- but the Kribs don't seem to like it too much- so planted might be the route.

Finding a brush hog and tractor to mow my very small lawn. Been working on tanks. After working on tanks I have had no beer left and you just can't mow a lawn without beer

20L and stand just got put up.... Hmmmm if you are not paying attention and miss pour some water and stir up that substrate you gave me Chris, it is a mess.... Not sure if that will ever get under control. Trying to decide if I like the new stand.... Maybe once the chocolate milk settles I will take some pictures....

yea- after I put water in (saucer method)- it was still a bit chocolaty. Push the substrate down to remove the air bubbles. It'll take a couple hrs to settle out- by morning- crisp and clear.
