Baby Tears

Okay...I was at Fish Gallery and they are selling baby tears as aquarium plants. I see this stuff at Home Depot and Lowes all the time in the nursery. Is this actually an aquatic plant? They of course sell this this stuff 3 times more than what you can find at HD.

i thought baby tears was a succulent that formed small balls on long strings, similar to rosary vine
