I posted a bad picture of this fish before asking what yall thought the species was.. Attached are some better pictures all 3 of the same fish. He really changes his color drastically in a matter of seconds. He goes from a dark brownish blue to very light almost white.

Its 100% a Hongi.

The Red Top Kipuma is a similar variant but has the orange extending to the tip of the nose.
