ok , Ihave a pair of Rams being housed with some guppies, Kuli,Bumblebee cats and albinos

Now my Female has never had an issue eating flake food with the rest, I would swap out the flake food with micro pellets also, But now when I feed them the flake food the female ram just refuses to eat flake food and dances around until I drop the micro pellets(it's kind of cute).

Any one know of some other sinking type food I can feed them, I hate to just be feeding them Micro pellets unless that is perfectly ok or buying the wrong thing in the store to only throw it away

I feed my rams bloodworms a lot and they refuse the angels' flake food, like your rams are doing. I've seen the rams in my tank go CRAZY for the Massivore Delight, which is a sinking, high-protein food. My pygmy cories (in another tank) go nuts for this stuff, as well. As a matter of fact, shrimp (saltwater), saltwater fish, angels, BNs, other plecos, oscars, even neons and cardinals, that live in my house ALL love and pick at this food until it's totally consumed. It's not cheap, but I buy it online (often when it's on sale or has free shipping) so it's not too bad.

Talk with Metrofish(frank). His food is great and you can't beat his prices. He'll give you generous samples for you to try. I buy my food by the pound from him. I feed my GBR the Angel/Discus mix before I accidentally killed them with a pH crash. They ate it and colored really nicely.
