After about 5 hours of screwing with the filtration, UV, CO2, pulling half of the gravel, moving the tank away from the wall (twisting the canopy in the process...), etc.etc.etc.
Its' finally ready for the new occupants! ETA 1 hour.

Talking to a few that know about this fish-I sent the juv photos to them-two of the species are very difficult to differentiate until larger. Either one is nice:

How many did you get? Are they the only ones in the tank now?
Did they all make it?

I got 11. All look fine. There are two New Guinea R'bows, 3 Botia sidthimunki and a couple SAE's. I want to add some more dithers. Im thinking about some Roselines, more NG rainbows or some Blue/Red Columbian Tetras.

That's the same tank that we saw Friday night? If so, that's an insane transformation! It looks great and I can't wait to see them when they get bigger.

That is indeed the same tank that was filled with coffee colored water that night. Lots of water changes and some new decor...and there you have it. They are doing fairly well-a couple of the small ones are really skinny and not acting well, but I figured I'd get 11 and expect 2-3 to die. Thanks for the kind words. Kinda wish I didnt sell my big tank now.
