I'm not much of an angel fish person (although I was given three, and they're growing on me), but I definately like these.

I keep hearing all this about moss....moss, moss, moss. I can never find the stuff anywhere. I have an african tank that I would love to have some moss in. Can someone let me in on the secret of where to find it locally??
Thanks. Scott
BTW: sweet setups! I WANT MOSS TOO! I'm Jealous.

Be careful when buying moss balls. The real ones are actually a type of algae and great for sucking up nitrates while also pretty cool looking. They are super slow growing. We got one down at DNA a couple years ago and it's doing great but hasn't noticeably grown. I think they are called marimo moss balls or something like that.
I can't remember at Petsmart, but at Petco they sell these little ping pong balls with some sort of non-aquatic moss glued on to them, then tied to a weight with fishing line. They charge like $8 or something for them and I can't imagine they would last very long in an aquarium. Half of the ones you see in the store are dead.
