Hey guys,
We recently acquired a 300 gallon aquarium setup from a friend.
It has one bad seam which needs to be cut out and replaced with 100% pure silicone. The tank is about ten years old.
Dimensions are: 11ft x 2.5ft x 1.5ft (very rough dimensions) The tank is still at his house and he is moving out Feb 9 so time is of the essence! This comes with a full stand with sump assembly. The tank is pre-drilled on the left side and has all ballast and fixtures but unknown if any still work. It has an in-line return pump. The furniture is all cherry wood.
In my opinion this tank needs a good cleaning and I would personally want to redo all the seams just do to the age.
The guy bought for $1,500.00 about 4 years ago, when the seam went bad he just broke it down and did nothing else with it.
This tank could make a great freshwater refuge!
