Poor Sticky (the albino BN)...and Prissy.

I shook up the tank a bit last night, pruning plants and moving stuff around and Prissy was nowhere to be found. I figured she was log lounging but there were only snails in there...she is nowhere! I usually only saw her once or twice a week so I didn't think anything about it until I had been rooting around for a while and she never came out.
They never did mate but I think he liked having her around and they did share the log.

Poor girl never really had much of a chance anyway, with the gimp fin and never getting any bigger than she was the day I got her from Chris.

He's a full grown male so I'm going to find him another woman...an albino this time.

I thought the same when I was resetting my tank and couldn't find my dojo loach. I looked all over for him! I had given up until I saw some gravel move and he came bolting out of it! He's got a hunch back, so I named him Hunchie. :)

Awww, glad you found him, I wish I could have such luck with her. The only thing I can think of, and it seems highly unlikely, is that she jumped and one of (the only one that hunts behind the tank:twitch:) cats found her.

She may still show up. Heck, Brandy's always telling of fish she hasn't seen in years and they all the sudden show up. :brandy: Hopefully she's just being coy.

Forgive me for not holding my breath on her showing up. I've peered into that tank more times today than I care to count, lol. I think I just have to mark her up as gone.:o
