Here is a new stand that I build today. Dimension 48.75Lx21Wx35H. This will house the DAS 100 gallons RR from DNA. Also it will be open top setup.
I will build the doors tomorrow then sand and prep for stain or pain. I have not make up my mind yet.
I copied the design from one of the stand at DNA.

hmm looks awesome. I'm trying to build mine as well.
that pic doesn't look like 48" to me... maybe it's out of perspective. is that 1" thick wood? it looks more like 24" length rather than 48"
great design and carpentry!
and I love pocket hole jig! I gotta buy one now!!

I picked up a Kregg Master Kit on sale from Rockler about a month ago and it rocks!
Your stand looks awesome, what kind of wood did you use, plank or plywood? Just curious.

looks like plank from the end, the scale just look odd to me.
i'll be building mine using 2x4 and 2x6 next weekend :)

I used 3/4 cabinet plywood from HD and pine planks for the front side frame.
Here is another stand that I build yesterday for my other tank. It will have two drawers. Dimension is 48 3/4L x 19W x 35H.
