So I just purchased some new fish for my planted tank and dropped them in and today I noticed they have ick. Usually I just add a little quick cure but I'm not sure that I can do so with plants. Should I just turn up the temp a little? If so what temp should I aim for?

I've used Quick Cure in my planted tanks and have never noticed a problem.

i would move mine to a smaller tank, treat there until they're better, then move back.

First increase air. I slowly add 1 tsp of aquarium salt per gallon then raise the temperature slowly over 3-4 days to 86-88 degrees then leave it there for two days then slowly decrease the temperature to normal over like 3-4 days. Do 50% water changes every other day during this time.
Be mindful and research how much heat your species of fish can handle safely.
A heat wave is always better then a parasite infestation.
Has worked for me and my cichlids in the past.
But i have not had a planted tank yet so I am not sure if it will harm your plants or not.

A few months ago treated ich in my 58 with Ich-Attack(Kordon). Did a week long treatment as per rec, left temp as set and ran filter as normal. One week later ich gone, water very heavily stained but was cleared with a water change and adding carbon to an AC(HOB). No recurrence and no ill effects on plants, livestock or filter. Water params were good all throughout treatment period. Good luck.

Go with the quick cure!!and it is a bunch cheaper to have a quarantine tank to treat them. Never assumethey are disease free unless they come form a breed you know. We have heard the tales of loss. Good luck

X2 on the Quick Cure in a planted tank. I don't know if you've treated your fish yet but don't move them to a QT, treat the whole tank, plants and all. If there are still ich parasites remaining in your main tank after treatment they can reinfect your fish. It will be worse for your fish the second time around because their immune systems will shot from the first treatment.
Salt treatments kill ich but they also kills plants, even salt tolerant plants because you have to add salt faster than the plants can acclimate.

I've had great luck by just turning up the heat, no salt needed. The ich parasites can't live above about 80 deg F, which is OK for most freshwater fish. Not sure if it's OK for your plants, but it can save you money on chemicals. Actually I just went through that in a sort of planted tank - just some crypts, xmas moss, and limnophilia - and they were fine. I kept it at 85 degrees for probably five days, ich gone, fish and plants fine.
