Ok, after listening to XTC talk about the Apsitos I started checking them out. I picked up a pair of Agassizis who will end up in the plant tank someday….
The Apisto species are really cool. Thinking I should convert the community tank into a dwarf tank…. I am positive Christine will not like that idea.
So far I have not been overly compelled to do much with the Cichlid family (don’t ask why I am not sure). The Dwarfs are very cool….
I highly suggest you talk to mematrix on the other side- get him over here- he had a PM in my inbox- concerning some cool dwarfs. 5/$20- cool colors and whatnot!

What info? I will share whatever. It was posted on the ohter site and Chris said he had a PM.
I just met Curtis, nice guy. He did say he will have some more around X-Mas and was expecting some cacatuoides.

Yeah, I think I am hooked already.... I wish the plant tank would do something so I can move them to a better setup. I have been playing around with ideas on how to build he stand for it and finally I cam up with the idea I am going to use. Now I think I am going to move the plant tank to a 20L.... Christine is not overly thrilled by this idea. Stand building this weekend with the extra day off. Woo Hoo.

Hi Blake Hows the fish doing ? and the stand construction? and yes I will have some rams by Xmas and Cacatuoides limited number on cacatuoides only have 17 that will be old enough and don't know sex ratio yet. I also have 3 other spawns of rams growing out too and 2 other spawns of cacatuoides and a few angels KOI or orange head marbles look the same to me , and a few Bitaeniatas. So any way fish rooms busy

Fish are great. The Rams look great under light, I wish the Trifasciatas were not in the QT, it does not have a light on it (that will be fixed in a few hours....). The stand is going good, I think I will have it done today.... if the beer holds out. Very happy with the fish. Good to see you are on this forum now.
