I think it is a Metriaclima type Zebra. I think it is going to be most likely a female.

How big is it? Is it showing any coloration at all?

Melanochromis joanjohnsonae. Juvs have the female coloration (which you see now), males will turn blue. Tough to sex right now without knowing the size and getting a better photo.
