8 inch flowerhorn snack

Thought the bad ass flowerhorn would hold his own with my big boys.Within 2 minutes my catfish had already caught it.Then the other cats would chase each other until it would get away and another one would catch it.Finally my tiger red tail caught it from behind and was not giving it up.

That SUX when you try to put aggressive fish in an aggressive tank and it becomes prey. I've lost so much money doing that! And :eek:

I have red devils in that tank the same size as the flowerhorn and they do not bother them.Its like a test with the new fish.If the cats can catch them within the first hour then they are lunch.If they survive that period then they leave them alone.Then they just have to survive fighting from the other fish.
