Certain Home Depots have the Praxair refills out front. Call around-its dirt cheap too.

I found a place in Plano who will do up to 5lbs for $5....
Actually might do more then 5lb, the guy said it was a "small" tank and I am not sure what they considered a big tank....

Thats about the going rate at HD. My 10# tank is 10 bucks. They have all types of gasses-CO2, O2, etc. Call around or use the place in Plano.

What about something like THIS? (http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/items/6JJ52)
You will be out a few buck for a 12v power supply.
Or maybe use and old PC power supply..
