Catfish ID

Anyone know what kind of catfish this is? I got it in a trade and I am just wondering what type it is so I can get a little info on how big it will get ect. The person I traded with didn't really say much about it. I can try to get some better photos later but he is pretty much hiding at the moment. Thanks

Ictalurus punctatus is my guess. Can you get a shot of the front of its head (mouth).

Whatever it is, it looks to be in pretty bad shape. Needs some TLC!

Thanks. Yeah the oscar isn't in great shape either. He has HITH. Any suggestions on what I can do to help the catfish? He has colored up a bit since I put him in the tank. If it is a channel cat then he really doesn't belong in a tank. I was thinking for my pond that I will be building soon. How horrible would that be?
