Got up this morning to do a water change on my Chimba Tank.
Removed all Texas Holey Rock, and drained 90% of the water.

I had two holding females, so i scooped them out to see if the eggs were fully developed. Look what they had.
1 had 17 and the other had 11.

90%? Is that a regular water change on your Trops? Is that weekly, bi-weekly or monthly?

not regular, just hadnt done it in a while
easier to catch fish that way too

Chimba are my fav troph.
Wish is has the tank space.

nice lookin fish and a good sized batch too. i always wish i had an extra tank for some tropheus

How often and how much water is changed in your w/c? I do 50% twice a week with my trophs

i try to do 50% once a week, but sometimes i can't because am too busy at work

i have bigger fry available for sale
i even have some bigger juvies
but in houston area
