What do you guys feed you African Cichlid fry (Mainly Mbunas).
I've just been feeding them crushed cichlid flake food about 2-3 times/day, but they are growing SO slow. I also change the water about weekly.
Does anyone feed Cyclop-eeze? Is it worth it?

I feed mine Ken's Premium Spirulina Flakes, they seem to love it! Warning, it is a very fine flake.

crushed up flake, bloodworms once or twice a week, same on brine shrimp. some have had success with beef heart, but mine never finish it off and I find pieces everywhere.

I fed my fry a variety of flake and crushed it to a fine powder and it worked great.

Does your tank have a heater? Warmer temps and crushed flakes are always a good combination. I have always used Ken's Spirulina flakes but someone recommended Ken's Egg flakes for fast fry growth. I just ordered a pound of it, we'll see how that goes.
